Hi, I’m Nicole.
Mom of 3 little humans, 14+ year Exercise Physiologist, and Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist.

And I created Built for Motherhood because I know firsthand how confusing fitness in motherhood can feel.

When I was pregnant for the first time, I quickly realized how little clear guidance existed for women who wanted to stay strong and active during pregnancy.

Everywhere I looked, the advice seemed to contradict itself — or it focused on fitness for the sake of “staying small.”

Even with 8 years of experience coaching in the fitness industry, I found myself constantly wondering:

Is this safe?
Should I be doing this?
Am I helping my body… or making things worse?

Then postpartum brought a whole new set of challenges.

After my first baby, I was recovering from an unexpected C-section. My body felt unfamiliar, weaker, and disconnected — and I had to relearn how to train in a way that truly supported healing and rebuilding strength.

Over the last 6 years, I’ve earned three certifications in pre- and postnatal fitness and helped hundreds of pregnant and postpartum women navigate these same challenges.

What I’ve learned is that a few key things make all the difference:

  • Yes. Built for Motherhood is designed specifically for women navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the years beyond. Workouts and programs are structured to support your body through these stages, with guidance for core and pelvic floor health built into the training.

    If you’re currently pregnant or postpartum, it’s always a good idea to follow the guidance of your healthcare provider regarding exercise.

  • Not at all. Inside the membership you’ll find Core Revival, a program specifically designed to help you reconnect with your core and pelvic floor and gently begin rebuilding strength and mobility after birth.

    From there, you’ll be able to progress into more advanced strength training as your body heals and gets stronger.

  • Perfect. Many women join when they’re months or even years postpartum and simply want a clear, structured way to rebuild strength, add high-impact, and feel confident and powerful in their body again.

    Strong Mama Monthly will give you adaptable, progressive programming that you can tailor to your fitness level - while fitting into busy mom life!

  • Most workouts are 35 minutes or less, because workouts need to fit into real mom life.

    You can complete them at home with minimal equipment, making it easier to stay consistent even during busy seasons.

  • Most workouts require just a few basic pieces of equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, a mat, or a bench.

    You’ll see equipment recommendations inside the membership, and many exercises can be modified if you have limited equipment at home.

  • Consistency is one of the biggest challenges moms face — which is exactly why Built for Motherhood was designed the way it is.

    Short workouts, clear programming, and community support make it easier to show up consistently, even when life feels chaotic.

  • Motherhood is unpredictable — and this program was designed with that in mind!

    If you miss workouts, travel, or have a tough week, you simply pick back up where you left off. The goal isn’t perfect weeks. It’s building strength and consistency over time.

  • We do not offer refunds since this is not a product. However you are able to cancel your enrollment any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all content until your end date.

  • Subscriptions are either on a quarterly or annual basis. You will have access as long as you are enrolled.

  • This program is strength-based so most weekly workout plans include 3-4 strength workouts. A variety of cardio and mobility workouts are also included to support a balanced fitness routine.

  • No. This program is rooted in progressive overload and helping you see progress over time. This requires repetition. You may complete the same workout 2-4 times before getting a new series.

    I realize this doesn’t support the novelty of doing something new every time. However, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised with how much more purposeful the workouts are AND how good you feel when you can actually see progress.

  • You’re not stuck with me forever ;) Just for the length of your enrollment (quarterly or annual) and how long you wish to renew. You can cancel at any time.

  • Totally fine! Most of us have something we’re working on, myself included. Educational trainings and built-in modifications will help you understand what your body needs and how to improve symptoms like leaking, pelvic pain, diastasis recti, and more.

    A pelvic floor PT can also be a good support to have if you’re navigating major issues or dysfunction.
