We begin with an in-depth 60-minute movement screening and assessment where I learn about your goals, your current movement patterns, your lifestyle, and any challenges you're facing. From there, I create your first customized workout plan tailored exactly to you.
Monthly
One 30-minute coaching call to celebrate wins, work through obstacles, and plan for the month ahead
A new customized workout plan that evolves with your changing body, energy levels, and goals
Ongoing adjustments as needed based on how you're feeling and progressing
Weekly
Your workouts delivered directly to an app with demonstration videos and form cues for every exercise—you always know exactly what to do
2-3 check-ins from me via voice or text message to see how you're doing and keep you on track
Unlimited message support whenever you need it—questions, encouragement, or just to talk through a tough day

I'm not just a personal trainer who happens to work with pregnant women. This is my specialty.
I'm a 13-year fitness professional, ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, and ProNatal Certified Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist. I've spent 6 years working exclusively with pregnant and postpartum people, and I'm currently training to become a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.
But beyond the credentials, I'm a mom of 3 little ones myself. I've experienced the exhaustion, overwhelm, guilt, and uncertainties—just like you. I know what it's like to wonder if you're doing enough, to feel disconnected from your body, and to navigate the challenges of staying consistent when everything feels hard. This work is personal to me because I've lived it.

4-Month Coaching Package: $397/month
This includes:

Payment plans available. A 4-month commitment is required to see real, lasting results. You may pause for up to 2 weeks during your coaching package, or up to 6 weeks if you give birth during our time together.
