You Just had your world rocked by childbirth.
Now, let’s get you feeling like YOU again.
If you’re feeling…
〰️ completely foreign in your body
〰️ like your abs have turned to jello and your butt has disappeared
〰️ achy and tight like an 80-year old from holding and feeding your baby all day
〰️ completely lost on how to recover from childbirth
〰️ like you’ll never feel like you again
I got you.
Here’s the Thing…
Postpartum is hard.
Sure it’s magical and beautiful. AND also very hard.
Chances are that you’ve been left to figure out recovery all on your own while the focus shifts to baby.
Meanwhile, you’re caring for a newborn, on minimal sleep, navigating feeding, and have little to no bandwidth for your own healing.
And ZERO instruction on how to recover from childbirth and feel better in your body.
Mama, you deserve better. And we’re here to change that.
What if I told you…
▪️ Your body isn’t broken after having a baby
▪️ You WILL be able to run, lift, hike, and do all the things you love again
▪️ You can feel stronger and more comfortable while feeding and holding your baby
▪️It’s possible to trust your sneezes and laughs without fear of leaking
▪️You can feel more confident and capable in your postpartum body
You Don’t Need
a plan to “bounce back” quickly
to do endless amounts of crunches
more than 15 minutes a day
to worry about leaking when you play with your kids
to wait for doctor’s clearance to start moving and feeling good again
What you actually need is Simple…
▪️gentle, supportive exercises to re-strengthen your deep core and pelvic floor
▪️a clear (and doable) plan that takes the guesswork out of recovery
▪️15 minutes a day while your baby is in tummy time
▪️to rebuild your foundation of strength and function in a safe way
Feeling better in your body Can start Right now.
Introducing…
This program is designed to safely and progressively help you recover from childbirth by re-strengthening your core and pelvic floor, while also helping you feel better in your body.
Most new mothers get zero instruction on how to support their body after birth and, instead, are forced to figure it out themselves. Since there isn’t much time to spend researching and figuring it out, it gets pushed to the side.
You deserve the roadmap to getting back to all the things you love, feeling good in your body, laughing leak-free, and enjoying motherhood more.
That’s what Core Revival is all about.
The Process
Evidence-based education.
There is a gap in postpartum care, it’s not your fault you feel lost in your recovery. You need the evidence-based facts on how to heal, not just some google mumbo-jumbo or vague advice from your provider. You’ll get straightforward tools and trainings on how to best support your body as you heal and recover from any type of delivery.
Intentional, guided movement.
You’ll start to feel stronger and more stable in less than 15 minutes per day (less than it takes to make your morning coffee!). Reconnect and rebuild your core from the ground up with simple breathing techniques and focused core and pelvic floor exercises.
Move better in your day.
Feel better during daily movements as you ease aches, pains, and tightness through mobility and functional movement training. Holding and feeding a baby all day is hard work and feeling more capable in your body makes a huge impact on the ease of your day!

Hey! I’m Nicole
I am a Pre/postnatal Fitness Specialist, Exercise Physiologist, and Founder of Strong Mama Wellness.
I’ve been in your shoes, mama!
After having my first baby in Spring of 2020 I got to experience first-hand the importance of a solid core recovery plan.
After my very long labor and C-section delivery, my body felt weak and unstable. I didn’t walk for a couple of days and, when I finally tried to walk my dog a few weeks post-surgery, I could barely manage to control the leash because my core was so weak. Even standing on the wet shower floor felt risky and scary.
I felt completely incapable of daily tasks and had serious doubts if I would ever return to feeling like myself again.
But, I knew I wanted to do everything in my power to feel good again. So I took the knowledge I had as an Exercise Physiologist and Pre/postnatal Fitness Specialist and created a core recovery plan.
My core felt stronger each day. By week 6 postpartum, I was feeling confident and ready to exercise again. Not just because my doctor gave me clearance, but because I physically felt ready for it!
Whether it’s 1 week or over 1 year later, I recommend all women go through a core recovery plan postpartum. You and your body deserve it.
I’m honored to be a part of your journey!
