Our 5-Day Challenge officially kicks off on Monday, October 28 and I’m SO excited you took the leap. It’s going to be a great week full of feel-good movement and education to get you feeling confident about supporting your body with effective movement in pregnancy!

What to Expect!

  • Daily prenatal strength, core/pelvic floor, or cardio workout (~30 minutes each)

  • Daily live mini training (1pm EST) in the FB group to teach you best practices for pregnancy exercise
