While the workouts in Strong Mama Studio are broken down into trimesters and postpartum phases, they are not individually tailored to you. As a member, it is your responsibility to listen to your body, maintain proper form, and modify all exercises/workouts as needed to accommodate your fitness level and capabilities.

If you experience any bleeding, cramping, pain, dizziness, leaking, or any other unusual discomfort please stop immediately and let your provider know. You are the best advocate for your own body, so please keep an open dialogue with your medical provider and act on anything uncomfortable.

Before starting any workout plan, it’s important that your medical provider approves you to exercise. For special conditions such as pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse, umbilical hernia, or any other specific pains I highly recommend seeking additional support of a specialized Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist.
