How it Works

Strong Mama Studio offers you a one stop shop for having a healthy, feel-good pregnancy and postpartum experience, while being supported along the way!

I’ve structured the membership to provide you with everything you need to:

  • Stay motivated

  • Exercise safely for you and baby

  • Combat fatigue and gain energy

  • Avoid pregnancy aches/pains

  • Prepare for birth and recovery

  • Return to fitness safely postpartum

  • Enjoy this special time!

What all is included in the Strong Mama Studio membership?

As a member, you’ll have access to:

  • My extensive library of on-demand, full length workout videos (new workouts added weekly!)

  • Education and exercise tips for each trimester and postpartum

  • Expert support from me inside the Facebook Community for members only

  • Pop-up challenges, guest speakers, and trainings

  • Community support from other mamas and mamas-to-be

What kind of workouts are included?

Easy to use categories

The workout library is categorized by trimester, postpartum recovery, and postpartum so you can easily dive in wherever you’re at on your journey!

I do not categorize workouts by week of pregnancy/postpartum because everyone’s body is unique. Modifications and options are offered within each workout for you to make it your own.

Train for pregnancy, birth, and motherhood

You’ll find a variety of workouts geared toward helping you feel your BEST at every stage.

All workouts will fall into one of the 4 categories:

  • Strong Mama - strength workouts to build lean muscle

  • Cookin’ - cardio workouts to train your heart, make you sweat, and prepare you for labor

  • Bump Love - workouts that support your core, pelvis, pelvic floor, and diastasis recti

  • Restore - mobility and stretching to help receive aches/pains

Short & Effective

All workouts vary between 10-40 minutes in length.

What equipment is required for the workouts?

I require minimal equipment so you can do these workouts from home or the gym! A set of medium dumbbells is the only essential item. Extra optional items that can be added to some workouts for an added challenge are a stability ball and mini loop bands.
