Learn to safely prepare your body for the demands of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum inside the client training portal. You’ll learn strategies as well as exactly what to expect at each stage of pregnancy/postpartum so you can better understand and support your body. The client portal has video trainings and resources on deep core, pelvic floor, warning signs, diastasis recti (and more!) along with on-demand workout videos.

Hey mama, I’m Nicole!

Pre/postnatal fitness expert, boy mama, and lover of the outdoors.

I help expecting and new mamas find strength and confidence in their body and movement so they can function better, recover faster, and feel their BEST.

Having been in the fitness industry for nearly 10 years, I’ve never challenged my body in the way pregnancy and postpartum did.

Just like you I battled pregnancy symptoms like exhaustion, food aversions, and aches/pains. Not to mention the dips in motivation, self-consciousness of my changing body, and fear of safety while working out.

Learning to exercise in a safe way (for me and baby) empowered me to have a feel-good pregnancy, healthy birth, and set myself up for a quick recovery!
