My training style is comprehensive so you’ll find a mix of strength training, cardio training, core and pelvic floor work, and mobility. Inside the app, you’ll have quick and easy access to your workouts, exercise video demos, daily schedule, and direct messaging with me.

You’ll learn strategies as well as exactly what to expect at each stage of pregnancy/postpartum so you can better understand and support your body. Hey mama, I’m Nicole!

Pre/postnatal Fitness Coach, boy mama, lover of a good glass of red wine, and the great outdoors.

I help expecting and new mamas find strength and confidence in their body and movement so they can feel better, recover faster, and feel their absolute BEST during a time of extreme change.

I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, working with people from all walks of life as well as pre and postnatal clients. 8 of those years I was a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Program Manager at a corporate wellness facility. Since the bulk of my experience has been in-person, I’ve found a way to transition my training online to be JUST as effective (if not more) than training with me in person.

I’m most passionate about helping pre and postnatal moms because, just like you, it has been the most transformational time of my life. Just like you I battled pregnancy symptoms like exhaustion, aches/pains, lack of motivation, and overall uncertainty with how to best support my body as it grew and changed.

Learning to train my body for the demands of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum empowered me to have a feel-good pregnancy, healthy birth, and set myself up for a quick recovery!
