Join me for a bit more of a personal episode! I’m giving you a peak inside my life and fitness journey at 1 year postpartum as it’s been a wild ride filled with many ups, downs, and in-betweens.
I share how the transition has gone from 1 to 2 kids compared to 0 to 1, body changes I’ve experienced and my acceptance/mindset around it, and how my fitness journey has looked over the past year.
I also talk about the steps I'm excited to take now and in the future to improve my overall wellness now that I have more capacity to do so.
