The "Mom Pooch"
Often I’ll get different forms of the question “how do I lose the mom pooch?” And, while I don’t love this term, I’m using it because it’s easy for many moms to relate to.
Disclaimer: this is not a "lose the pooch” episode.
However, I do want to take you behind the scenes of what could be going on under the surface with your core. There is often (not always) some core dysfunction or muscle imbalance that could be causing this appearance.
In this podcast episode, we’ll talk about what the mom pooch is, what underlying causes might be present, and action steps for truly healing your core.
Overall, I encourage you to address these action steps from a place of love and self-care for your body, rather than needing to “fix” your appearance. You don’t need fixing my love.
