Why Your Butt Got Smaller In Pregnancy
Chances are if you’re in the later months of pregnancy or postpartum, you’ve noticed your butt looks a bit smaller than before.
This “mom butt” is actually a very common phenomenon. One that goes much deeper than than aesthetics or how your clothes fit.
This actually means your glutes got weaker as a result of the anatomical changes in your body during pregnancy.
And, as a result, different problems could arise in the body if we don’t counteract them and kick our booty (literally) back in gear. Cue back pain, pelvic floor issues and more… no thanks!
So, if you’ve noticed this change in your body, know that you’re not alone. This episode will not only give you some background on why “mom butt” happens, but also some important action steps to take during both pregnancy and postpartum.
In This Episode you’ll learn:
What is “mom butt” and why it happens
The common problems and pain points that come from weaker glutes
An important thing to start doing right now to prevent these problems
