It helped put into perspective how I really want to look back on this time of my life and what I need to do right now to make the most of this special season with young children.
It’s so easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of every day life, surviving tantrums, and making sure everyone else’s needs are met. But, too often, at the expense of our own needs and self care.
My hope is that this gives you a much needed perspective shift about how you want to show up today as a mom.
