Whether you are expecting or already have kids, this series is designed to support you on your fitness journey during and after pregnancy!
Nicole and Rachel will guide you through safe and effective exercises tailored to the needs of pregnant women, new moms, and experienced moms. With their extensive knowledge and experience, they will help you stay active, maintain strength, and promote overall well-being throughout your pregnant or postpartum journey.
Each week we will discuss a “hot topic” surrounding pregnancy and postpartum including, Diastasis Recti, Urinary Incontinence, and Low Back Pain/Pelvic Pain. These are common concerns during this time however they are NOT NORMAL and we are debunking the myths surrounding these topics.
We will offer appropriate exercise modifications to accommodate whatever trimester you are in and wherever you are at in your postpartum recovery, from 6 weeks to 10+ years. The workouts will include breathing and connection with the deep core and pelvic floor muscles, total body strengthening, and mobility/stretching.
We understand that being a mom often means having big or little ones in tow! That’s why we are including your kids in this “Baby Bumps & Beyond” fitness series. These “mommy and me” workouts will allow you to bond with your child while engaging in exercise that promotes your own fitness and well-being. Whether you choose to join the sessions with or without your kids, you can expect a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. We are dedicated to creating a supportive environment where you will feel comfortable, empowered, and motivated to achieve your fitness goals.
This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with other women, create a supportive community, and share the ups and downs of pregnancy and motherhood.

When:
Tuesdays from 9:30-10:30 am: July 25th, Aug. 1st, and Aug. 8th
Thursdays from 1:30-2:30pm: July 27th, Aug. 3rd, and Aug 10th
Where:
The Memorial Health Pavilion by the Marysville Library. We will meet at the gazebo in the grassy area.
Cost:
$15 for a drop-in/single session or $40 for 3 sessions.
