Research has shown weight bearing exercise to help reduce the risk for medical interventions, reduce maternal exhaustion, and reduce time in active labor (pushing), among other things.
Yes, your body is MADE to birth. There’s no doubt about that.
And, when we prepare our body for the demands of labor and delivery, we improve our odds for an easier, smoother process. Worth it, right??
