Navigating Self-Conscious Body Thoughts in Pregnancy and Postpartum

In this episode, I share my experience with body image this current pregnancy as opposed to my last (hint: it’s been a lot harder this time and I share why).
I also share my process for weeding out any negative body thoughts so I can carry on with my life and enjoy pregnancy while it’s here. I don’t want to look back when I’m done having babies and realize I took this time for granted or “shamed” my body through it.
