Weight Gain in Pregnancy: Recommendations, Nuances and Tips
Weight gain in pregnancy is a loaded, and confusing, topic.
On one hand we want to support our body in gaining the weight it needs to support our growing baby, and on the other hand want to manage it so we can keep our health in check.
