Truth is, many of us hear this buzzword in pregnancy/postpartum but, aside from someone telling you to do hundreds of kegels (which is not necessary), much of it is still a mystery.

I’ve heard from many of you that you aren’t sure if you’re doing your kegels right or aren’t clear on where your pelvic floor actually is. This is common! Before my first baby and pre/postnatal certification, I had no clue either.
